Metcalf's 7th and 8th
Grade H.E.L.P. Program
The
HELP (Homework Enrichment Learning Program) program is open to all 7th and 8th
grade students that would like or need extra help. The help program runs
from 3:15 to 4:00pm Tuesday through Friday in room 240. It is conducted
by one of the Middle School teachers and provides a quiet time to receive
assistance in academic areas and organizational skills. The teachers and days
they will conduct the program are:
Tuesday
Mrs. Endsley
Wednesday Mrs. Davenport
Thursday Mrs. Miller
Friday Mr. Basolo
Metcalf H.E.L.P. Program Policies:
1.
Students attending
HELP must sign in by 3:15pm or he/she will not be admitted, and then must leave
the building or attend the after school program. A student will be admitted to
the help room after 3:15pm if they have a pass from a teacher or administrator.
2.
While attending HELP
all students must be working quietly on school work at all times or they will
be sent to the office to arrange for a ride home or attend the after school
program.
3.
No passes out will be
given, please come prepared to work.
4.
Any student leaving
before 4pm must notify the teacher first, sign out, and then leave the building
or go to your next supervised activity.
In
an effort to identify the location of students after school the names of
students attending the HELP program will be published each day on this
site. The time they enter and leave will be documented. Just click on the
